Guided by the visionary leadership of Restaurateur and Executive Chef, Alicia Martino, Sendok Garpu has evolved from just a small "warung" (food stall) in the middle of an industrial complex in Coopers Plain in 2010 to a decent size restaurant (Sendok Garpu by Bunda Alicia) and an Indonesian grocery shop (SG Grocery Shop) at the heart of Brisbane City, and also a food stall that specialised in authentic Indonesian street food in a bustling foodcourt at Westfield Mt Gravatt.
